In 5 weeks I lost 2% body fat, dropped 6lbs and lost 4 total inches. I fit into my skinny jeans now and feel amazing. I went for a run with my old running partner and left him behind in the dust. Getting lots of compliments from people too. Thanks so much for your help and all your workouts. I could not have done it without you!

In 4 weeks, I lost 8 inches, 6lbs, and 2% BF.
In 4 weeks, I lost 2.5 inches, 6lbs, and 5% BF and gained 7.5lbs of lean muscle.
In 4 weeks, I I lost 7 inches, 8lbs and 3% BF.

We had a lot of laughs and fun, I did 3, 4 week programs and I saw some great results. Since Jan I have lost 12 pounds and 10 inches and can see other changes in my body and feel great. Thank You Charis!

I really did enjoy your classes and LOVED the challenge of trying to keep up with your pace (even though it sometimes nearly killed me-lol)....the pool of sweat I usually left was a testament of how hard you made me work each class. Because of all your healthy living tips you passed onto us and websites you recommended, I have lost 13 pounds since January. And with the running group you started, I've been able to maintain the weight loss and improve on my running technique and endurance. Thanks Charis, you're awesome!
