Artificial Sweeteners are they Dangerous to your Health?

Artificial Sweeteners: 
a chemical that is Addictive and Harmful.

I was watching Dr.Oz a couple of weeks ago and it made me think about these artificial sweeteners. So I started to look at labels and Protein powders and it is in everything. So here is some info about Artificial Sweeteners and why I think you need to cut them out.

Artificial Sweeteners can cause damage to the reproductive system, organs, and genetic problems. Since it can cause reproductive problems, I dont recommend using it,  I would say to ask your doctor, but sometimes doctors may be wrong, since they may be deceived as well.

There are studies that show Sweeteners have no bad side effects, but most of these studies were paid for by manufacturers. I like many other people have experienced side effects including headaches and joint pain among others. Just so you know splenda/sucralose was originally made to be a pesticide and is made by adding chlorine(like in a pool) to incomplete sugar molecules.

Don't believe what what corporations say.
What they do to make splenda is drop the hydrogen atoms of a sugar and replace it with chlorine. That makes it a chloralcarbon, which they also use as insecticides. Bottom line it is not natural and the longest human safety trail was 13 weeks, so no one really nows if its healthy. I will avoid the sweeteners and keep chemicals out of my body.

I could go on about how each artificial sweetener is bad and not good for your health. But bottom line again is there is simply not enough studies out there that can show that it is safe for you. So why not just not consume it. Instead have sugar, in moderation or better yet have maple syrup, honey, agave, this is natural and not a chemical compound that will toxify your body and who knows what it'll do.


My Weekly FUN Challenge for you is:
Cut out all Artificial Sweeteners for at least the next 7 days and hopefully by the end of the 7 days you will choose to no longer consume them.....but let's just start with the next 7 days.
