Shower Routine

Hi guys

Here is a NEW Challenge for you. This is super easy and literally should take you 2-5 minutes tops. Do this routine every time you are about to get into the shower.

WHO doesn't have time for that?? I know that you are all busy enjoying the summer....FINALLY.......so to keep you from being a beach bum, do this!

1. 50 JJ (Jumping Jacks)

2. 5 Push-ups -from your toes and go as deep as you can, try even to touch the ground with your nose

3. 20 crunches

4. 20 MC (mountain climbers)

5. 30 sec Plank

As always, lets cheer each other on and lets do this right till the end of summer so that it becomes ingrained into you!

My Challenge for you is to do 100 twists each day. Can you handle this? This should only take you 1-2 minutes of your day. Who doesn't have a minute? If you do, make one cause I know you do! 


Each twist counts as 1. Example twist to the left that's 1, twist right that's 2.....go to 100.

Try this to improve tone in your legs

Wall Sits




 Wall Sit to measure lower body strength. Time yourself.


·        Place your back flat against the wall and lower your body into a seated position with your knees bent at a 90degree angle
·        Do not place your hands on the wall or your legs---that’s cheating!
·        30seconds is average, 60 seconds is good, 90 seconds is excellent.
