Here is a NEW Challenge for you. This is super easy and literally should take you 2-5 minutes tops. Do this routine every time you are about to get into the shower.
WHO doesn't have time for that?? I know that you are all busy enjoying the summer....FINALLY.......so to keep you from being a beach bum, do this!
1. 50 JJ (Jumping Jacks)
2. 5 Push-ups -from your toes and go as deep as you can, try even to touch the ground with your nose
3. 20 crunches
4. 20 MC (mountain climbers)
5. 30 sec Plank
As always, lets cheer each other on and lets do this right till the end of summer so that it becomes ingrained into you!
